Age spots, liver spots, sun spot removal?

I met a man who cleared up his face and feet using Epson salt baths 2 cups per bath

I had a age spot on my nose and after TWO years of using vinegar it's gone. I was using the vinegar for my Dermatitis and then i noticed the spot started to fade. I used the vinegar almost every day at nite....and not diluted.
