The ultimate colon care formula works wonders. It's a gentle dynamite. I am improving day by day and working on resolving the cause of the constipation. I make sure to re-mineralize & rehydrate myself after morning clean out. The product doesn't seem to interfere with the mms use. The mms is starting to clear some of the cob webs from my brain and improve my energy. The colon care is a nice addition to this.
