I completed my 21 days of mms1 (protocol 1000). Restarted protocol 1000 again and I'. on day 4 for a second round of mms1. My first 21dys I drank mms1 with Kagen water (it's a machine that produces alkaline water). I have read in this forum to use distilled water. However, it's not stated in Jim's protocol. Can someone clarify this?
