Since the body makes hypochlorous acid would it be ok to brush my teeth with a solution of hypochlorous acid and water.

I would suggest to not do that. People with bulimia (force themselves to throw up to lose weight) end up destroying their teeth.

There is a "Mouth, Gum and Teeth" protocol in the list at the bottom of the page.
