Daschound had abscess removed from neck, open wound was created by barnstormer

Could I spray a solution of mms on the wound ? the vet left it open to heal, and gave him lots of antibiotics . Wonder if it would heal better. I have and use the old mms 1 drop mms to 5 drops citric acid solution.

If you have CDS, that would be ideal for an open wound. MMS1 should be used with caution - don't leave it on too long. If your dog complains when using MMS1, then flush the wound with water.
