Just started the basic protocol, but my 2 drops didn’t turn color was created by Hilly

Does this mean it’s not activated?

I am doing the basic protocol with one drop of sodium chlorite and one drop of hydrochloric acid every hour for 8 hours, mixed in 1/2 cup of water.

Anyone know?
