Dilution of MMS1 in water?

Hi everyone!
question on the dilution of water when activating the MMS. I did 2 drops of activated MMS with the dilution of 2 ounces, for 3 consecutive hours. However after reading the Jim humbles's book i realized that the dose for kids is 2 ounces per drop of activated mms. So based on that i was short in my dilution and should have added 2 more ounces. I did lead up to the 2 drops per hour but unfortunately messed up on the dilution of water, and now i am experiencing a reaction. I feel chest pain, foggy brain and some stomach pain, could this be die off or the fact that i needed more water per drop? thank you for taking the time to answer why question. Im a newbie with this and already making mistakes.
