Rev. Dr. May

MMS Protocols User's Guide by Rev. Dr. May (2009).  I heard about this book and found a copy on ebay.  It is out of print and there is no trace of the author anywhere that I can find (hard to do since I don't know her full name) except for the way back machine when she sold her books on amazon.  I like the book, it is simple and easy to follow.
