Welcome to the forum Grant. I'm from Southern California.

I recommend buying and reading Jim Humble's 2016 book "Health Recovery Guide Book". It details all of the protocols for the use of MMS.

Andreas Kalcker's book "Forbidden Health" is also an excellent resource for the use of CDS (a version of MMS).
